Nothing but yourself—and maybe a sense of adventure! I’ve got all the ingredients and tools covered, so you can just show up ready to have fun.
I would recommend wearing closed toe shoes, and shirts with sleeves that can be rolled up.

Absolutely! This is a hands-on class. You’ll roll, chop, and stir your way through each recipe, leaving with skills so you can easily recreate the foods at home.
-
Yep! Bring your favorite wine or beer and I’ll have openers and glasses ready. (Just a heads-up—leave the hard liquor at home.)

Most classes run 2 to 2-1/2 hours. All classes note the specific length so you can plan accordingly.
-
Our regular classes are designed for students 14 and older.
We know how important it is to empower children to begin cooking early, so we’ll be offering future classes specifically for younger students with age-appropriate, skill-building courses.
Specific Young Adult or Children’s Classes will list the appropriate age ranges for that session. Students under 18 must have a parent or guardian present on-site during the class.

As much as possible, you’ll be working individually or with a partner.
We want to make sure you get a chance to participate and build skills by being as hands-on as possible.
Depending on the class, there may also be moments working with the instructor as a group.
Because of our small, intimate class size (maximum of 8 participants), you’ll also have the chance to get to know the other students and make personal connections and new friends. If you register for a class by yourself you may be paired with another student.

We hate that you’ll miss class, but we’ve got you covered. If you call or email us within 48 hours of your scheduled class, you can cancel or transfer your spot.
We plan and shop based on our roster, so no call/no shows aren’t eligible for refunds, transfers, or future class credit. Don’t let that be you. 😉
