Few things compare to the smell of freshly baked bread—and focaccia is one of the most satisfying to make at home. In this class, you’ll learn to create rosemary focaccia with a golden, lightly crisp crust and a soft, airy interior that’s flavorful without being heavy or greasy.

While our dough rises, we’ll keep our hands busy (and our taste buds happy) by making homemade butter and a roasted red pepper & walnut hummus—two perfect accompaniments for warm bread fresh from the oven.

By the end of class, you’ll not only have focaccia to share and enjoy, but also the know-how to recreate these simple, impressive recipes in your own kitchen.
